If you are planning on selling, the NWSA will be willing to provide you with a no obligation quotation for both conveyancing and a Home Information Pack. They will also be able to help you choose an independent local Estate Agent and provide advice on appointing independent financial advisors or brokers and insurance brokers. What is different about an NWSA HIP?

There are many HIPs on the market. What is different about the NWSA HIP apart from the fact that the legal element is checked by experienced conveyancing professionals is that firstly if you instruct a member firm to deal with your conveyancing as well as your HIP we can carry out propriety work in connection with your sale which can be undertaken before a buyer for your property is even found. We can provide guidance on the documents that you will need to produce and also deal with any problems should there be any defect in your legal title or should any documents be missing. We will normally be able to ensure that by the time a buyer is found all the necessary documentation that the buyers solicitors could possibly want are available and this will reduce delays. In addition to this NWSA solicitors as a group have agreed standardised procedures, protocols and enquiries which the association believes will reduce transaction times. Added to this the ethos of the association is one of cooperation between member firms and other property professionals such as Estate Agents and your financial advisors which we hope makes the transaction progress more efficient.

The North West Solicitors Association. We a fully compliant HIP which will enable you to market your property at the earliest possible date with any estate agent and so you will not be compelled to use an Agents preferred HIP provider.
