North West Solicitors Association

Conveyancing

When you come to sell your home, make sure you are in safe hands.

All member firms of the NWSA are established and respected conveyancing specialists and have a long track record of providing a quality legal service to their clients.

Member firms have worked together to devise common processes and enquiries designed to help reduce transaction times and to encourage increased levels of co-operation.

As NWSA members the firms involved have formed close working relationships with reputable independent local Estate Agents. At NWSA we believe that the new way to sell your home is to instruct a solicitor first to help you obtain a valuation and choose a good local Estate Agent, whilst at the same time commence the process of preparing your Home Information Pack.

It should be noted that not all Home Information Packs are the same. Whilst some pack provides may prepare HIPs that have never been near a solicitor. At NWSA we see the production of a HIP as part and parcel of the conveyancing process and we bring our own expertise to bear throughout the process and can ensure that you will have a fully compliant HIP which would be not only legally compliant but valued by not only your selling agent but the buyer's solicitor.

By instructing an NWSA solicitor at the outset whilst your property is on the market for sale we can undertake work in relation to your sale which will ensure that all possible enquiries about your property and its title can be provided to the purchaser's solicitor on day one thus streamlining the process and reducing transaction times.

Choosing an NWSA member will guarantee genuine expertise and quality of service which our members think is important when you could be making one of the most purchases of your life.

Please remember that each member firm is totally independent although a common pricing structure will apply to your Home Information Pack.
